Developing accessible standards compliant websites and internal applications using 3rd party APIs for clients within a wide range of industries including Automotive, Consumer Goods, Energy, Food & Beverage, Health Care, and Manufacturing. Sites vary between clients but each is developed using current best practices and responsive design to ensure maximum access.

This system provides role based access for sales associates, copy editors/proofers, graphic designers, and photographers to manage all of the resources needed to produce 8 monthly magazines. To achieve this I interviewed employees and collaborated with management to solidify a standard means of production. This included the work flow of articles up and down the approval hierarchy, specific requirements of each user group, and the timing for each stage of the production cycle.
The project requirement discovery phase led to finding unequal work loads & scheduling issues that were previously unknown.
Training was provided to staff prior to release and after about 4 weeks of feature additions and 1 on 1 training.
Using traffic analysis, interviews with customer service representatives, and a content inventory, I was able to identify unsatisfied user needs and develop a new structure to the previous information architecture.
Working with a designer to create the overall structure, the layout was taken from the designer and crafted with responsive features to allow growth with the verified increase in mobile usage.
